This position offers the opportunity to practice in a modern facility while working alongside a collaborative team of providers.Position Highlights• Practice in a beautiful, newly built clinic• Typical staffing includes 3-4 providers (APPs and/or physicians) per shift• Schedule includes every third weekend• Weekday shifts: 12 hours• Weekend shifts: 8 hours• Clinic hours: Weekdays: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Weekends: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM • Occasional coverage needed at nearby urgent care locations in Staples and Deerwood • Strong support from specialists and ancillary servicesClinical Scope• Pediatric and adult urgent care visits• Respiratory illnesses and acute medical conditions• Minor injuries and orthopedic complaints• Cases similar to primary care office practice with urgent care acuityCandidate Requirements• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine• Urgent Care or acute care experience preferredCompensation• Base compensation: $307,000• Additional compensation opportunities available through bonuses, quality incentives, or productivity-based incentivesCommunity - Baxter, MinnesotaBaxter is located in central Minnesota within the scenic Brainerd Lakes Area.• Approximately 125 miles north of Minneapolis-St. Paul• Brainerd Lakes Area population: approximately 65,000• Regional service population: approximately 115,000• Known for its lakes, outdoor recreation, fishing, boating, and year-round activitiesThis opportunity offers a strong compensation package, a collaborative clinical environment, and the chance to live and work in one of Minnesota's most beautiful recreational regions.
