Get excited about checking things off your lists. Love working with kids. Studio Managers play a leadership role when the Studio Owner is not present. Studio Managers act as liaisons between staff and customers, providing high-quality customer service. Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations. In addition, the Studio Manager does, on occasion, oversee classes and parties for kids ages 18 months-12 years while focusing on art education and providing a safe, fun, and educational experience. Studio Managers oversee a staff of between 10-25 part-time employees and play an important role in hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining staff members. Sales and Marketing Reliable transportation is a must.
