Overview
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (Travel) in Pittsfield, MA. Start date 08/31/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,263–$2,402 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: Five 8-hour evenings. Setting: hospital operating room (travel - temporary assignment) through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room, including patient assessment and intraoperative monitoring
- Scrub and circulate during surgical procedures, ensuring sterile technique and instrument readiness
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and support staff; manage surgical counts and specimen labeling
- Monitor intraoperative patient status, recognize changes, and communicate effectively with the team
- Complete perioperative documentation and ensure smooth handoffs to the recovery area as needed
- Maintain OR readiness between cases and support efficient case turnover

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license; license must be uploaded
- Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license (Nursing Pool) required and uploaded
- 2 years current OR RN experience; scrub and circulate experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications active
- CNOR preferred; Meditech Expanse experience highly preferred
- Own vehicle for assignment
