This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of desktop infrastructure and end-user computing environments across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and related equipment. Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and preventive maintenance. Support LAN/WAN/Wireless network troubleshooting and connectivity. Document service requests, resolutions, and asset tracking. Collaborate with other IT staff to support enterprise-wide initiatives. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or field technician roles. Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking. Ability to work independently and travel between sites with reliable transportation. Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills. IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus. Preferred Skills Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
