Position: Nurse Type: Contract Compensation: $75–$110/hour Location: Remote Role Responsibilities Confirm a medication is safe to administer against the patient's full active med list and administration history. Catch a medication reconciliation gap, a missed IV compatibility issue, or an adverse-reaction pattern requiring timeline tracing. Judge completeness by evaluating if the full clinical picture is accounted for or if the question is scoped too narrowly. Distinguish between issues within nursing scope and those needing escalation to pharmacy or the prescriber. Verify that a correct nursing finding is carried through, ensuring dose is held, the right person is notified, and chart is documented. Qualifications Must-Have Frequent Lexidrug (or Lexicomp) use - weekly or more - in your current or recent role 2+ years of professional nursing experience, inpatient/acute care setting strongly preferred Reflexive use of Interactions and Trissel's at the point of administration RN license in good standing; BSN or higher preferred Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas above, tied to your practice setting Comfort judging whether a correct nursing finding was properly escalated and documented Preferred Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience is a plus Resources & Support For details about the interview process and platform information, please check: For any help or support, reach out to: View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Mercor
