Full-time Role: Personal Care Assistant

Approved Weekly Hours: 53.78 Schedule: Monday Wednesday Friday, 3/4 hours a day

No gender preference as long as strong (Client weighs 300lbs)

Scope: Mostly mobility assistance; getting in and out of the wheelchair, help clean up and shave

Role Description: The Personal Care Assistant is responsible for providing compassionate care and support to individuals needing assistance. This role includes various duties related to personal care, Lighthouse-keeping tasks, medication reminding, mobility support, and helping individuals navigate stairs.

Meal Preparation Housework/Chores Managing Medications Shopping Transportation Locomotion Stairs assistance Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Assistant, or similar role. Must pass a comprehensive background check. Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail and follow care plans accurately. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanor. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Physical ability to perform the position's duties, including lifting and transferring clients as needed.
