Your Mission

As a Classroom Aide in Watertown, SD, you’ll help turn everyday moments into big wins for young learners. This role exists to strengthen instruction and keep every child supported, safe, and ready to grow.

Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the classroom teacher to discuss the assigned teaching area and reinforce learning activities
- Help assure the care, safety, and well-being of all children in the group throughout the day
- Ensure the health and safety verification checklist is completed daily and accurately

Required skills/qualifications:
- Clear, respectful communication and a steady, child-first mindset
- Reliability and attention to detail for daily safety checks
- Comfort working in a busy classroom setting
