Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with measurements? We're looking for Fabric Cutters to help accurately measure, cut, organize, and prepare fabric orders for customers across the country. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy and quality.
What You'll Do
- Measure and cut fabric according to customer order specifications
- Work on a continuous production cutting line throughout your shift
- Ensure all cuts meet quality and accuracy standards
- Prepare fabric orders for both consumer and business customers
- Sort cut fabric into designated locations for picking and shipping
- Assist with general warehouse, labor, and light assembly duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
Strong measuring and cutting skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality
Prior warehouse, production, manufacturing, or industrial experience preferred
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Stable work history with an average of 1+ year per employer
Comfortable standing, moving, and working with materials throughout the shift
Ability to work overtime and extended shifts during peak season (August through January)
Schedule
1st Shift
- Monday - Friday
- Start between 5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
- End around 3:30 PM
- Starting at $15/hr, with a raise to $19.65 after contract period!
2nd Shift
- Sunday - Thursday
- 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- $15.50/hr starting, raise to $20.15 after initial contract period!
Peak Season (August - January)
- 10 to 12-hour shifts may be required
- Overtime opportunities available
Work Environment
- Semi climate-controlled warehouse facility

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $15.50/hr.
