Compensation & Incentives

$65.00 - $70.00 per hour

$7,500 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time Employees (Ask us about payout details during the interview process.)

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting
• Establish functional goals and help patients regain mobility and independence
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and required documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Contribute to exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain licensure
• New graduates encouraged to apply
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Excellent documentation and time-management abilities
• Passion for helping patients achieve their highest level of function
