Senior Oncology MSL Lead Thought Leader Engagement & Strategy

Bayer is seeking a Medical Science Liaison to advance our medical strategy in collaboration with Thought Leaders, HCPs and regional teams. This field-based role requires strong communication of scientific data, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in educational initiatives.

Expect 50%+ travel, residence-based posting in the US, and close partnership with regional medical affairs. Advanced clinical or scientific training is preferred, with robust stakeholder engagement capabilities.
