What this role offers

• Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver based in the Morgantown, WV area
• $1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
• Weekly pay by direct deposit
• Regional routes serving the Midwest and Eastern states, with schedules designed to keep drivers closer to home

Route details

• Begin with a paid mentor program focused on safe, professional driving skills
• Transition into solo regional assignments after successful completion of training
• Operate dry van freight on regional routes throughout the Midwest and Eastern states
• Adhere to DOT regulations, company policies, and hours-of-service requirements
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs and required paperwork
• Communicate professionally with mentors, dispatch, and customers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited CDL school
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Able to meet DOT physical requirements and complete required pre-employment screenings
• Safety-first mindset, reliability, coachability, and professional communication
• No prior over-the-road experience required
