We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and versatile HR Benefits / Office Manager for a full-time on-site position Mon-Friday first shift (some flexibility for start and end time). This is a hands-on role that touches several important areas of the business, including employee benefits administration, office management, payroll support, HR administration, and accounting assistance .

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys being the person others can rely on to keep things organized and running smoothly. You will work across departments, handle confidential employee information, coordinate with outside vendors and benefit providers, and provide day-to-day administrative support to HR, Payroll, and Accounting.

Primary Duties:

• Benefits Administration - Medical, Dental, Vision, Auto, Cobra, LOA, FMLA, 401K, etc. Open enrollment to general benefits support to staff and working with broker.
• Office Management- Oversee front desk reception area, assist with event coordination and facilities support
• HR & Accounting Support- backup to Payroll, assist with audits and other projects

Desired Qualifications

• College Education
• 5+yrs relevant experience and in-depth knowledge of Benefits Administration
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Computer skills - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint and HRIS or Payroll software such as ADP, iSolve, UKG, etc.
