Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site and other KPIs. Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation. Supervise the network of site trainers to implement best practices. Provides guidance and coaching to department leaders to ensure execution of safety and functional training. Experience with updating training programs to incorporate policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes into the curriculum. Identify, train, and lead qualified on-the-job trainers for all production areas. Create both digital and classroom-based training content. Learning Management Software - Owner. Communication with internal and external training agencies and advisory services. Partnership with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to provide guidance on training content, delivery, scheduling, and logistics. Identifying training needs, creating and overseeing development plans, and implementing strategies to ensure continuous employee growth.
