Responsibilities Include Conducting strength-based assessments for diverse clients and families. Providing outpatient therapy tailored to individual needs. Creating crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans. Participating in case consultations, meetings, and discharge planning. Completing billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations timely. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care. Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field. Provisional license if required by state regulations.
