Occasional Saturdays as needed.Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and motivated Part-Time Restoration Technicians to join our growing team. This position is primarily field-based and involves assisting customers during property damage restoration projects. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while providing excellent customer service during challenging situations.Key ResponsibilitiesRemove debris including dust, drywall, insulation, and construction materials from job sitesPerform demolition work as directed by the Mitigation Lead and/or ManagerPrepare work areas by staging equipment and setting up containment when requiredFollow project scopes and complete assigned mitigation tasks accurately and efficientlyCommunicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and any onsite issuesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout each projectComplete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup to ensure worksites are left clean and orderlyAdhere to all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Required QualificationsAbility to lift and carry 50+ poundsAbility to work in physically demanding environmentsMust be able to wear required PPE on all job sitesStrong work ethic with excellent attention to detailReliable transportation and dependable attendanceStrong communication and teamwork skillsPreferred QualificationsPrevious demolition, construction, restoration, or general labor experienceExperience working with hand and power toolsKnowledge of restoration or mitigation practices is a plus, but not requiredCore Competencies: Restoration, Demolition, Construction Cleanup, Property Mitigation, General Labor, Safety Compliance, Customer Service, Teamwork, Communication, Attention to Detail, Physical Stamina, Problem Solving
