Elementary Teacher
Job Goal: To create a classroom environment that nurtures and supports student development through academics, social emotional growth, and other skills needed to be successful in accordance with each student's own abilities. To foster a positive relationship between parents, community and colleagues in support of the school district's mission, vision, and goals.
Salary: 2026-2027 Salary Schedule: Will be based on Richland District 88a 180 day Salary Schedule - BA - Step 1 $52,156. Credit given for years of experience and advanced degrees.
Benefits: Benefits are consistent with those outlined in the Richland School District 88A Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Terms of Employment: School Year = 180 Days Evaluation: Job performance shall be evaluated according to School Code.
