Pediatric Occupational Therapist Contract Position - Escondido, CA

Job Description

Description:

Dependable Nursing is looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home services to young pediatric patient. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to make a direct impact in a child’s development and daily life.

Responsibilities:

Deliver in-home occupational therapy focused on sensory, fine motor, and developmental milestones
Create and implement individualized care plans
Educate family members on home-based support strategies
Maintain clear documentation and communication with the care team

Details:

Visits: 2 per week (schedule is flexible)
Employment Type: Contractor

Requirements:

Current CA Occupational Therapy License
Pediatric experience needed
Must carry liability insurance
Reliable, independent, and passionate about helping children thrive
Reliable transportation to and from home visits
