HousekeeperTownePlace Suites by Marriott in Lawrence is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper (full-time and part-time) to join our team.This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall presentation of guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure a comfortable and welcoming experience for every guest. The Housekeeper reports to the Housekeeping Manager and is responsible for the following:Clean guest rooms as assigned, including but not limited to: Making bedsCleaning bathroomsCleaning kitchens/kitchenettesDusting and vacuumingChange and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as neededPerform deep cleaning tasks as assignedStock and maintain housekeeping cart dailyDispose of trash and recyclables properlyRespond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient mannerComplete maintenance work orders and deliver to manager or supervisor promptlyMaintain prompt and regular attendanceThe hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Associates must be available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week for part-time status. Schedules may fluctuate based on business demand. Associates may be required to work shifts other than those normally scheduled or preferred. Weekends are required. Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.Comply with hotel and/or departmental uniform standards. Maintain professional behavior and appearance. Review and approve electronic timecard weekly for accuracy.
