About Premier Disability Premier Disability Services, LLC is a full-service social security disability advocacy firm. We assist individuals in successfully obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits. Each month, our office is contacted by thousands of Americans needing assistance with their disability claim to assist over 100,000 individuals in filing their applications successfully. Join our team! Premier Disability Services is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our growing Minneapolis, MN-based team! This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Premier Disability Services, LLC, Center Representatives have the opportunity for long-term advancement - all while changing peoples lives for the better./ppCompensation: $16/hr (remote) OR $20/hr (onsite in MN) with the opportunity to earn up to $500/month in performance-based bonuses. Hiring States: Onsite in Minnesota OR Remote in Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Kansas Work Location: Minnesota (Brooklyn Park): Onsite only Pay Starts at $20/hr All other listed states: Remote Pay starts at $16/hr Terms: Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt Hours of Operation: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM CST/ppWhat you will be doing:/pulliProviding accurate information for incoming customer/client callers regarding disability claim status./liliMake outbound calls to obtain required information from clients pertaining to their cases/hearings./liliEfficiently access various disability processing systems and related applications to research and resolve inquiries and issues./liliEffectively navigate multiple computer windows to access several systems in a proficient manner./liliHandling all callers with efficiency, courtesy and respect./liliMeet daily metric goals and monthly audits./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliTwo (2) years high-volume call center experience./liliTwo (2) years Customer Service/Sales experience preferred./liliAbility to retain information and learn new systems quickly./liliCommitment to strong attendance./liliStrong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50WPM./liliBe able to deal with high call volume while deescalating scenarios through conflict resolution skills set./liliMust have sharp attention to detail and ability to perform with high degree of accuracy./liliStrong analytical skills to review documents and reach sound decisions./liliAbility to meet multiple performance targets at or above benchmark levels; including, but not limited to accuracy, call quality, timeliness, and productivity./li/ulpWhat we offer:/pulliMedical, Dental and Vision insurance./liliPTO and paid holidays!/liliCafeteria onsite and a subsidized lunch program./liliOpportunities to grow within the company!/li/ulpIn addition to our awesome culture, we offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the health and well-being of you and your family.
