We’re partnering with a well-established organization in downtown Portland seeking a Payroll & Benefits professional to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys owning payroll while also supporting benefits administration and broader HR operations in a collaborative environment. Compensation & Benefits Up to $110,000 salary Generous PTO Hybrid schedule in downtown Portland Comprehensive benefits package Collaborative team environment Opportunity for professional growth What You’ll Do Manage full-cycle payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate payroll Administer employee benefits and serve as a resource for employee questions Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes Maintain employee records and HRIS dataAssist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes Support employee relations and respond to day-to-day HR questions Coordinate payroll taxes, reporting, and compliance requirements Partner with managers and employees on HR policies and procedures Assist with performance management, leave administration, and other HR initiatives Support audits, reporting, and special HR/payroll projects as needed What We’re Looking For 3+ years of payroll and HR experience Strong payroll and benefits administration experience Well-rounded HR background with exposure to employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
