Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.**This is a hybrid position, at one of Collins major facilities**What You Will Do *Lead the enterprise common data model across conceptual, logical, and physical layers.Define and enforce modeling standards, metadata conventions, and canonical entities.Resolve semantic and definitional conflicts across business units and systems.Improve interoperability across ERP, PLM, MES, MRO, IoT, analytics, and AI platforms.Ensure compliance with enterprise, regulatory, and security requirements.Mentor data modelers and architects to improve modeling maturity. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and business SMEs to align business concepts with enterprise models. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
