Full Job Description

US Roadshow Inc. is looking for a dependable, experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team full-time in our Plainsboro, NJ office .

We are a fast-growing company that operates buying events across multiple markets, and we need someone who can keep our books accurate, organized, and up to date in a fast-paced environment.

This is an in-office position for someone who is detail-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and comfortable managing the day-to-day bookkeeping functions of a growing business.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping

Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable

Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial records

Process payroll and maintain payroll records

Track expenses, reimbursements, and vendor payments

Maintain accurate general ledger entries

Prepare regular financial reports

Assist with month-end closing tasks

Organize and maintain bookkeeping files and supporting documents

Work with management on budgeting, reporting, and cash flow tracking

Communicate with vendors, banks, and internal staff as needed

Handle confidential financial information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar bookkeeping/accounting role

Strong understanding of:

  • general ledger

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and stay on top of multiple priorities

Professional, reliable, and trustworthy

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office
