General Outpatient Adult Psychiatrist

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Assignment: Ongoing need

On-Call: None

Position Overview

We are seeking General Outpatient Adult Psychiatrists to provide comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients in an outpatient setting. This is an ongoing opportunity for a qualified psychiatrist looking to join a collaborative clinical environment with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and no on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment for adult patients.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Perform medication management and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Provide patient education and support regarding mental health conditions and treatment options.
• Follow applicable clinical, regulatory, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency.
• Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
• Active, unrestricted medical license.
• Experience providing psychiatric care to an adult outpatient population.
• Strong communication, clinical assessment, and documentation skills.
