SMT Process Engineer - Launch First Production Line

Etched is seeking an SMT Process Engineer to establish our first SMT production line, participating from equipment selection to ramp. You will own programming, process development, tooling readiness, and training to ensure a robust manufacturing setup for future growth. You will lead prototype to production builds, drive standards, and optimize FPY and OEE while collaborating with a small engineering team on-site in San Jose.
