Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-time Delivery Driver to join our team. As the final point of contact between our company and licensed cannabis businesses, drivers play a vital role in upholding our company's reputation. The ideal candidate will be personable, organized, and capable of problem-solving in real-time to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with all state-mandated regulations to ensure safety and legal transport.
• Conduct daily pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle readiness and safety.
• Manage petty cash responsibly for fuel and road-related expenses.
• Review delivery manifests for accuracy and ensure all orders and bins are accounted for.
• Load and unload delivery bins safely and efficiently.
• Deliver orders punctually while maintaining professionalism and clear communication with dispensaries.
• Communicate regularly with Management and Sales to report ETAs, delivery updates, and any issues encountered on the road.
• Accurately maintain up-to-date delivery logs and return signed paperwork at day's end.
• Track and confirm order paperwork with purchasing agents upon delivery.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and regularly maintained (oil changes, service appointments, etc.).
• Set and disarm alarms when accessing secured buildings during early or late shifts.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Clean driving record for the past 5 years.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to think on your feet and resolve delivery issues independently.
• Flexible availability with the ability to work longer hours when required.
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background screening
