Chief Growth Officer

To drive new business growth within the automotive marketing industry, the full-time Chief Growth Officer will scale a high-performing sales team, optimize pipeline management, and accelerate revenue through new dealership acquisition in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy focused on new business acquisition within the automotive dealership market Drive revenue growth by leveraging key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales processes Recruit, develop, and mentor top sales talent while establishing clear performance metrics and overseeing adherence to revenue-driving activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably within automotive or digital marketing industries Deep knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly Tier 2 and Tier 3 dealership landscape Proven track record of driving new business growth and expanding dealership client portfolios Expertise in building and managing data-driven sales processes and forecasting models
