Additional Information About the Role Christian Hospital is looking for a Scrub tech in the Cardiac cath lab. This position will be assisting physicians with different cardiac and vascular procedures, and structural heart procedures. Sterile technique and patient care is involved with every procedure. Use of x-ray equipment is also required. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm Call Schedule 1-2 days per week plus every 3rd weekend Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides patient care essential to cardiac catheterization procedures, including calculating hemodynamic values for the physician during complicated diagnostic and intervention procedures. Responsibilities Assists with cardiac catheterization procedures. Calculates hemodynamic values for the physician during diagnostic and intervention procedures. Prepares room and supplies for cardiac catheterization procedures.
