As home to the first Moxy hotel in Northern New England, this is a chance to be part of something new from the very beginning — welcoming guests to a vibrant stay steps from Thompson's Point's concerts, events, dining, and culture.

We're looking for motivated, friendly, and detail-driven Housekeepers to help bring a brand-new hotel experience to life. In this role, you won't just clean rooms—you'll create a welcoming, comfortable space that makes every guest feel at home. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and love delivering behind-the-scenes excellence that guests truly notice, we want you on our team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and prioritizing assigned rooms to meet daily goals
• Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining guest rooms to brand standards
• Creating a fresh, inviting space by making beds, replenishing linens, and restocking amenities
• Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and guest areas
• Vacuuming, dusting, polishing, and ensuring every detail is just right
• Responding promptly and courteously to guest and team requests
• Respecting guest privacy and following proper room entry procedures
• Managing your cleaning cart and supplies efficiently throughout your shift
• Reporting maintenance needs to keep rooms in top condition
• Completing a final inspection to ensure every room is guest-ready
• Assisting with laundry operations as needed
• Handling lost and found items with care and integrity

What you bring:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel experience a plus)
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to high standards
• The ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A respectful, discreet approach to guest privacy
• A positive attitude and friendly approach when interacting with guests
• The ability to work independently and stay motivated
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
