Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individual adult clients using secure online platforms, ensuring that evidence-based practices are employed to provide effective care.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with psychiatric providers and other counselors to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and goal progress measures to continuously monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, fostering an environment of ongoing assessment and enhancement of care.
• Provide case management services by scheduling sessions with established clients, documenting progress, and facilitating communication with other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Participate in regular consultations with team members to promote professional development and ensure high standards of practice throughout the counseling process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients who may be dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other trauma-related issues. Our organization emphasizes a trauma-informed approach, meaning that your understanding and sensitivity to clients' past experiences will play a crucial role in their healing journey. Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is essential. Please note that we do not accept interns or therapists with limited permits requiring supervision for individual therapy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage your caseload, including scheduling and documentation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, vital for both client interactions and team collaborations.
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in a remote or telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused Therapy, is a plus.
• A background in crisis intervention and strong skills in conducting assessments.
