Sr. Client Service Specialist - Third Shift Job Category: Client Services Full-Time Location: McCook, IL 60525, USA Description Essential Job Functions: Responds to orders, general client inquiries, invoice questions and client complaints. Records consistent problem areas Resolves issues with orders, delivery dates or service. Resolves the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
