The role focuses on building foundational HR capabilities across multiple functions and locations in NW Georgia, including Dalton and Cartersville. You will learn total rewards, compliance, employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, LOA, and more while collaborating with manufacturing facilities and operations teams.
