Steady Hours: Our HVAC Membership Program keeps your schedule full—expect consistent 40-hour workweeks, all year long.

You’ll be the go-to professional residents rely on for comfort and safety. You’ll arrive prepared with a well-stocked truck, open clear lines of communication with homeowners, and use advanced diagnostic techniques to pinpoint and resolve issues efficiently. You’ll wrap up each visit by educating customers on ways to improve comfort, efficiency, air and water quality, and overall home safety—often turning a first visit into a long-term relationship.

• Deliver a first-class customer experience through precise service and clear, proactive communication.
• Diagnose, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including traditional forced-air, steam and hot-water hydronic systems, oil-fired equipment, high-velocity systems, geothermal heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits.
• Apply specialized diagnostic tools to resolve airflow balancing, fuel delivery, refrigerant charge, and electrical faults.
• Maintain truck stock to complete flat-rate repairs without delay.
• Coach and support junior service technicians to help them grow.
• Follow Ace Hardware Home Services (AHHS) processes and service department administrative workflows.
• Operate within the Service Titan platform for calls, estimates, and documentation.

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (preferred).
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Strong command of HVAC best practices and applicable building codes.
• Well-rounded proficiency across HVAC functions, from combustion to refrigeration to electrical.
• A valid driver’s license.
