Apply today to find out how you can become a part of our team.Responsibilities:Receiving incoming shipmentsLabeling all goods receivedEnsuring incoming product is delivered to the proper locationOperating powered sweepers and scrubbers to clean all walkways and drive aislesEmptying trash in all areas as requiredSeasonal grounds maintenance, including debris removal, lawn care, and ice/snow removalSetting up and maintaining training and break rooms for various types of activitiesOperating powered industrial trucks, including forklifts and aerial liftsPerforming other light maintenance as necessaryAssisting maintenance technicians with projectsTracking maintenance supplies, communicating with the purchaser when replenishment is necessary, and driving to suppliers, when necessary, to make purchases/pickupsPerforming general painting, including walls, stairs, doors, and some machineryPerforming minor repairsAssisting in preventative maintenance functionsWorking with the facility safety administrator to ensure that the facility is meeting or exceeding all safety standardsPerforming the job in accordance with all applicable standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines (i.e., OSHA standards) to promote a safe working environmentOther duties as necessaryRequirements:Ability to perform job expectationsAbility to operate a variety of hand and power toolsPrior experience with shipping and receiving is recommendedBasic computer skillsBenefits:MedicalDentalVision401(k)Life InsurancePTO
