32.5 paid hours per week | 30-minute unpaid lunch

Training Pay: $17.50/hour
After Training: $18.00/hour
No experience necessary — paid training provided.

Brigitewear is a small California swimwear and apparel company selling primarily through our online store. We are looking for a dependable, organized, detail-oriented person to help with shipping, returns, customer service, and finished-product inventory.

This is not a warehouse or retail-store position . You will work with a small team in our e-commerce apparel operation and handle a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Pick, verify, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Confirm correct products, sizes, colors, quantities, and customizations.
• Print shipping labels and help resolve routine delivery issues.
• Receive finished swimwear and apparel into inventory.
• Receive and inspect customer returns.
• Process approved refunds, exchanges, and store credits.
• Respond to customer questions by email and phone.
• Assist with orders, shipping, sizing, returns, refunds, and product availability.
• Maintain accurate finished-product inventory.
• Perform inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Keep products organized and properly identified.
• Bring unusual customer, refund, return, or inventory issues to management.

Experience

No previous experience is required. We will train the right person.

Experience with e-commerce, Shopify, shipping, customer service, inventory, apparel, or office/computer work is helpful, but not required.

Physical Requirements

This position includes a mix of computer work and normal physical activity, including:

• Standing and walking.
• Packing customer orders.
• Organizing and shelving finished products.
• Handling incoming and outgoing packages.
• Lifting and moving normal packages associated with a small apparel business.

Work Environment

Brigitewear is a small swimwear and apparel business , not a large warehouse and not a retail storefront.
