Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Mammography Technologist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality digital mammography exams while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and diagnostic accuracy. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a collaborative setting dedicated to early detection, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient care. Roles and Responsibilities Perform digital screening and diagnostic mammograms according to physician orders and imaging protocols Ensure high image quality while minimizing patient exposure to radiation Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records within the electronic medical records system Provide clear instructions and compassionate support to patients before, during, and after procedures Assist with patient scheduling and exam preparation as needed Ensure compliance with ACR, FDA, MQSA, and state regulations Maintain equipment cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues promptly Collaborate with radiologists and the broader clinical team to support workflow and diagnostic accuracy Maintain continuing education requirements and stay current on mammography best practices Qualifications Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Current ARRT (R) certification and Mammography (M) certification required Texas MRT license required Minimum 1 year of mammography experience preferred, but strong new graduates will be considered CPR certification (BLS) required What We Offer Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Life and AD&D coverage Availability of short- and long-term disability Flexible financial benefits including FSAs and HSAs 401(k) and access to retirement planning Paid holidays and vacation Who We Are At USPI, we create relationships that create better care.
