Assignment Details Contract length: 13 weeks Shift length: 13 hour shifts Hours per week: 36 Start Date: ASAP Job Responsibilities Provide patient and family education related to the plan of care and discharge needs. Support safe transitions of care, including handoffs and care plan updates. Perform focused reassessments and elevate concerns through appropriate clinical channels. Maintain infection prevention practices and safe medication administration standards. Work 36 hours per week with 13‑hour shifts.
