This pivotal leadership role is focused on the development, definition, and scaling of customer success and professional services functions. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion, particularly within the enterprise sector. A key aspect of the role is to ensure the seamless onboarding and implementation of services for clients. The Head of Customer Success and Professional Services will be expected to have a strong technical background, including experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping, as well as a proven track record in utilizing AI and ML to enhance customer and professional services processes. Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in customer success and professional services leadership, specifically within the SaaS industry. The role requires a strategic leader with operational rigor, technical expertise, and a customer-centric approach. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, and be an analytical, strategic thinker with a data-driven decision-making process. While not mandatory, experience in logistics, last-mile, or supply chain operations, as well as familiarity with various customer success and CRM platforms, is considered a plus.
