Assistant Teachers Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child; maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized. Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families. Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics. Qualifications Ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience. Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children. Compensation & Benefits Pay $18.04 - $19.67 hourly, bi‑weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education, and experience.
