Customer Service Associate

Piper Companies is looking to fill the role of Operations Associate for an award-winning company located in the Raleigh-Durham Area. We are seeking a positive, motivated, and energetic individual to provide excellent support to customers while also supporting teammates. This Operations Associate position requires time in-office 3 days per week. Working hours are 9AM-6PM Monday-Friday. Responsibilities of the Operations Associate Include: Manage all correspondents with customers relating to all service and claim needs, client information, service requests, and contract benefits. Maintain timely and professional communication with all clients through phone, email, chat, and text channels. Retain client knowledge of products and knowledge of customer procedures and rules. Continue communication with managers and other team members regarding special project developments and assigned responsibilities. Qualifications for the Operations Associate Include: Bachelor\'s degree is required. Must pass call center simulation test. Intermediate PC skills including all Microsoft office software. Ability to work on a team and thrive in a team environment. Compensation for the Operations Associate include: $20-$23 per hour Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick leave if required by law, and Holidays This job opens for applications on 8/4/26.
