Position/Specialty: Medsurg Rn ***6-Weeks*** Shift: 3 or 4x12s, Nights 7p-7:30a Ratios: 1:6-7, Staffing plan supports 1:6 normal ratios but if there is an unplanned absence that can't be covered the unit will flex to 1:7 Weekend Req (Y/N): Yes, every other weekend Is on-call Req? (Y/N): Yes, prn low census Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities (Y/N): Yes Required/Preferred Years of experience Req: Prefer experience, 2 years First-time travelers accepted: (Y/N): Yes License Req: Sc License or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certifications Req: Bls Certifications Preferred: Acs, Nihss Special Requirements: Epic experience Skills Required: Med/Surg, Ms/Tele, Telemetry, Insulin, Rapid Response Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
