Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00

Work Model: Onsite

Hours: 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Regional Sales Assistant (Customer Service Representative) to provide administrative and customer service support to the Regional Sales team. This role serves as a liaison between Sales, Credit, Operations, Logistics, and customers to ensure accurate order processing, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Regional Sales team.

• Process customer orders, including bulk, packaged, and drop-ship orders, in SAP.

• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Logistics, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Track open orders, assist with load planning, and communicate delivery updates.

• Prepare sales reports, freight quotes, customer documentation, and other administrative reports.

• Process vendor invoices, maintain accurate customer records, and verify order documentation.

• Assist with customer rebates, expense tracking, and general office administration.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, mail, office supplies, and other administrative tasks.

• Support regional events, customer visits, and special projects.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Experience with SAP preferred

• 3+ years of administrative, customer service, or office experience

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency

• Team-oriented with a proactive, adaptable approach
