Roofing Sales Representative

Location: Phoenix Metro / West Valley, Arizona
Job Type: Full-Time | Commission-Based Sales

RoofBurro is a growing Arizona roofing company looking for motivated, competitive sales professionals who want the opportunity to earn serious money while building a career in the roofing industry.

We specialize in residential roofing, including storm-damaged and insurance-related roof replacements. We are looking for people who are comfortable talking with homeowners, generating opportunities, inspecting properties, and following projects from the initial conversation through the sale.

What You'll Do

• Generate new residential roofing opportunities through canvassing, referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities when available
• Meet with homeowners and perform initial roof/property inspections
• Educate homeowners on documented roof damage and available roofing solutions
• Help customers understand the roofing project and construction process
• Prepare and present roofing proposals
• Follow up aggressively with prospective customers
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the project
• Coordinate with RoofBurro's production and office teams
• Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
• Represent RoofBurro professionally in the field

What We're Looking For

Roofing, restoration, solar, home-improvement, or door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred, but we will consider highly motivated candidates with a proven sales background.

You should be:

• Self-motivated and competitive
• Comfortable knocking doors and speaking with homeowners
• Professional and dependable
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
• Comfortable working primarily in the field
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs when required
• Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation environment
• Interested in building a long-term career rather than simply collecting leads

Compensation

This is a  high-income commission sales opportunity with compensation tied directly to production.
