Well organized and self‑motivated. Requirements Repetitive hand and arm movements, repetitive grasping, bending, and reaching. Responsible for moving or lifting an average of 30‑50 pounds. Exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, cooking equipment, etc.). Safe and proper handling of knives, kitchen utensils, and equipment. Maintain a sanitary kitchen by adhering to state and local sanitation, storage, and refrigeration requirements and codes. Require basic food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards. Follow recipes and/or product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, carving, and serving food items. Stock, date, rotate, and check temperatures of products.
