Hank's Bagels Bakery & Commissary
Hank's Bagels is hiring experienced bakers/cooks for our Sherman Oaks bagel production commissary! Our commissary is the central kitchen responsible for making all the bagels and prepped food items served daily at our four Hank’s locations . At this time we are only interested in applicants with at least two years of recent, similar experience . This will ideally include at least one year of baking experience --even better if you're experienced with bread doughs. Early birds only : our bakery shifts are typically eight hours and start between 3:30am and 5am, depending on your position. You must also be available to work weekends. Hank's is a growing, people-first company full of joy and excitement--we work hard and we laugh hard. Our most successful coworkers are excited, reliable, punctual, humble, open to direction, and eager to learn. We are very busy, so it's important to be flexible and work well under pressure.

What you’ll do:
Prepare and bake our signature bagels
Handle daily prep for sauces, spreads, and other menu items
Work as part of a small, dedicated team focused on consistency and quality
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of two years baking or prep experience (bagel or bread experience a plus!)
Strong attention to detail and consistency
Proven track record of working well as part of a team
Ability to work early mornings
