Crisis Care Charge Nurse (RN) — Behavioral Health Leader

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead the unit, manage admissions, discharges, and staff scheduling for adult and youth recipients. The role requires strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to de-escalate potentially volatile situations while ensuring safety and quality care. You will train new staff, oversee documentation to meet JCAHO/OMFL standards, and work with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team to maintain smooth patient flow and reduce #J-18808-Ljbffr Connections Health Solutions
