ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000 and currently lead a team of four. I've been with State Farm for 33 years, with experience in homeowners claims and agency resources before becoming an agent. State Farm is a family tradition - I'm the seventh State Farm agent in my family. I'm a Mercer University graduate, have been married for 28 years, and am the proud father of twins and triplets.

Giving back to the community is an important part of our agency. We sponsor three local high schools, recognize a weekly high school football player, support the Midwest Food Bank, and I'm proud to serve on the board of the Real Life Center, a local nonprofit.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Associate for Clay Van Meter - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
