Server (Tableside Brand Ambassador) Reports to: General Manager or Front of House Manager on duty. Responsibilities Greet guests timely as they are seated at the table; ensure the table is clean and that coasters, utensils, napkins, and other needs have been provided. Be knowledgeable about and able to answer questions regarding all ABV beverages, menu offerings, brewing/cider making processes. Communicate clearly and respectfully with guests, teammates, and management. Take food and beverage orders and place orders accurately through the point‑of‑sale (POS) system. Ensure that food is prepared correctly and to guests’ satisfaction; return incorrect or improperly cooked orders to the kitchen. Deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items to guests. Collect plates and clear the table as guests finish their meals. Process guest payments by preparing checks and handling transactions through the POS system. Assist with other side‑work duties such as cleaning the dining area, preparing silverware and refilling condiments. Aid in overall cleanliness and maintenance of the taproom. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of age. Passion for hospitality and craft beverage. Previous experience as a server preferred. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Well‑organized with ability to take and place food and beverage orders accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to remain composed and respectful under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. Ability to operate the point‑of‑sale system. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 20 pounds.
