This role contributes to project execution, client service, and team collaboration while developing technical, project management, and leadership skills. **Responsibilities*** Collaborate with the Project Manager and Practice Leadership to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.* Assist in developing proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and cost estimates, contributing to accurate project planning and resource allocation.* Support engineering planning, analysis, design, and coordination efforts across project phases, including design, permitting, and construction.* Execute project work plans, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, on schedule, and in alignment with client expectations and company standards.* Coordinate with internal teams and external sub-consultants to ensure alignment on technical requirements, timelines, and deliverables.* Participate in QA/QC processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to industry best practices.* Contribute to solving design and project challenges by evaluating alternatives and supporting the development of effective solutions.* Support day-to-day communication and coordination among team members, with increasing responsibility for managing project components as experience grows.* Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members and clients, supporting overall client satisfaction.* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff as appropriate, while continuing to develop leadership capabilities.* Manage multiple assignments simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.* Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time, including time entry, expense reporting, and project documentation.* Engage in professional development activities, including participation in industry associations and networking opportunities.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or other related field.* Texas Professional Engineer registration preferred* 4+ years of direct experience**EEO STATEMENT***WGA LLC is committed to providing equal opportunity to all qualified applicants and its employees.
