Associate Attorney

Clark & Bradshaw, P.C. seeks an associate with strong communication, drafting, legal research, interpersonal skills, and desire for independent client contact to join our estates, trusts, and elder law team.

A candidate must possess a Virginia law license and have a keen interest and desire to practice in the growing area of elder law, which includes the firm’s key practice areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, special needs planning, long-term care planning, public benefits, fiduciary litigation, and adult guardianships and conservatorships. We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to build a successful practice with a support team which includes two Certified Elder Law Attorneys, a Certified Public Accountant, and eight legal assistants.

The position offers supportive training opportunities, professional development and mentoring, challenging assignments, and an excellent work-life balance. Experience in the above-mentioned practice areas is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Located in the bucolic Shenandoah Valley since 1948, Clark & Bradshaw, P.C. is a full-service law firm based in Harrisonburg with an office in Woodstock.
