If you’re passionate about making a difference in this critical field, we invite you to explore a career with Carollo.## Responsibilities* Advise clients on digital transformation initiatives across asset management, data and analytics, and operational systems, grounded in utility business needs and engineering realities.* Support strategic pursuits and client engagements by shaping digital approaches that enhance value, reduce uncertainty, and improve long-term performance outcomes.* Bridge technical, operational, and executive stakeholders to align digital strategies with capital planning, operations, and enterprise priorities.* Guide the application of data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to support planning, design, and operational decision-making.* Contribute to the development and positioning of Digital Water capabilities by connecting client needs, delivery teams, and emerging practices.* Inform internal priorities by providing insight on technology applicability, usability, and integration based on real-world utility experience.## Qualifications* 15+ years of experience delivering data, analytics, or digital solutions within engineering, infrastructure, or environmental sectors.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical discipline.* Deep understanding of water utility operations, including asset management, capital planning, and regulatory-driven decision-making.* Ability to lead and advise on digital transformation initiatives, aligning data, analytics, and systems with business and operational priorities.* Strong working knowledge of utility systems and data environments (e.g., GIS, SCADA, asset and work management, enterprise data platforms).* Demonstrated ability to integrate digital approaches into planning, design, and operational workflows to enhance engineering delivery.* Proven client advisory and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to align executives, operations leaders, and technical teams.* Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to independently lead complex initiatives and deliver practical, value-driven outcomes.## Compensation RangeAn employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.## Other Compensation and BenefitsCarollo is committed to providing employees with a competitive, comprehensive benefits program that provides the support employees and their families need to lead healthy, productive lives.
